Welcome to the course materials adoption page! Please note that access to the UCSD course materials adoption form is intended for faculty and staff. We want your students to have their course materials when they are needed. In order to assure that books are on the shelves for the first day of class, please submit your course materials adoptions as early as possible; this allows us to research titles as necessary, seek as many used copies as possible (including student Buy-Back during finals), work with publishers to lower textbook costs, and resolve out-of-stock and out-of-print problems.

This free service (no registration required) integrates recent course materials adoption information from more than twenty-five publishers into department-by-department customized reports for UC San Diego and over 250 other institutions. The service is offered for all engineering departments, computer science, mathematics and physics. Here, you can quickly and efficiently review potential course materials by course number for your curriculum. The lists include hyperlinks to the publisher's page for each title, if available.
