The UCSD Bookstore schedules a limited number of in-store book signings during each academic quarter. If you are interested in the possibility of doing a book signing, please fill out the Book Signing/Sale Request Form. Your request will be reviewed by the committee that arranges the store's calendar of events.

The UCSD Bookstore welcomes invitations to sell books and facilitate book signings at lectures and other events held on campus. Decisions on which of these events and author appearances the UCSD Bookstore can attend are based on the availability of books and the availability of staff.

To arrange book sales and signings, please provide information and details about upcoming events at least three weeks prior to the event. This allows time for researching, ordering, and receiving books. We can usually staff events that are scheduled during business and early evening hours on weekdays, but may not be able to staff events that begin later in the evening or are scheduled on weekends.
